You can eat the potatoes with a spoon, which is useful and the meat is useful. It is lighter for you than the kibbeh, even if the kibbeh that you are making has a puffiness.   2. والله انا ع نيتي اجت الفكرة براسي وانا افكر شو اعمل عشى هلحكي من شي ١٥ سنه ماكنت بعرف باليوت كثير وكنت بعمل المعكرونه بنفس طريقه مع صلصة كريميه واستبدلتها بلبطاطا وبدون كريمه لان بطاطا ثقيله وخليت جبن لمخمر صحي اكثر من الف نوع جبن لان في بكتريا نافعة شي موطبيعي سبحان الخالق . وطلعت الاكله بطير العقل والله ومن سنين بعملها وهلا عم شوف الفكره انتشرت كثير واول ماشفتها بوقتها انصدمت قلتلهم مين سرق مخي 😂😂😂😂😂😂 والله احلى ايام ايام العزوبيه 💔
