I’m watching my cholesterol and sugars so I only used olive oil. Also in ranting garlic so I used garlic powder from Penzy’s spices, which really packs a garlic kick!

Boiled potatoes and dressed with 2 tsp olive oil, salt, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.

Steamed Romano beans tossed with garlic powder, salt, and fresh lemon.

Pan roasted chicken breast: dry brined for 20 mins, patted dry, salted again lightly and put in a pan with 1 tsp of olive oil. I use a pan weight to keep good contact so it gets color. Also sprinkled with more garlic powder and dry Italian herbs.

This was super filling and helped me meet my goals today. Yay!
