Kunafa with Nut’s
A Classic Middle Eastern Dessert made with Shredded Pkyllo Dough, filled with Crunchy mixed nuts, and Soaked in fragrant Sugar Syrup

History is Brief
Kunafa Originated in the Middle East Centuries ago, believed to have been first served during Ramadan as an energy -rich dish. Today, it’s enjoyed across the Arab world with many delicious variations.
Kunafa very popular middle eastern Arabic traditional Recipes. It is so easy to prepare and Super Delicious. With this video you will see step by step, easy to follow Recipe. We can describ this a very thin noodles as well but these are Sweet! Let’s start by preparing the Syrup in to a large pot over high Heat, mix 1cup water and 2cup Sugar when starts boiling, 2tsp lemon juice, 4pic Cardamom give it Stir and turn the heat off moist the Kunafa with melted Ghee or Butter mix it to make Ghee or Butter touch all the Kunafa place of the half of the Kunafa on the bottom of the baking Dish push Kunafa down to compress spread the Grounded nuts and coconut powder with the other half of the Kunafa, cover the nuts once again, compress using your hand’s. On 200c(400F) Preheated oven, bake for 30min or the top is golden browned wait to cool down in room temperature 5min and Pour the Syrup you Prepared.

Shredded Pkyllo Dough
Melted Ghee or Butter
Nut’s (Cashew, Almond, Peanut, Raisins etc..
Coconut powder
Sugar
For the Sugar Syrup
1cup Water
2Sugar
2tsp lemon juice
4pic Cardamom
