The two pies in the first pic were the ones I brought to dinner, pic 2 & 3 were the pumpkin test pie (which we happily ate leading up to Thanksgiving!)
I found the key to the cut-out toppings was to pre bake them on a cookie sheet, and put them on when the pie had ~15min left. Kept them from going soggy, but ensured they browned consistently with the pie!
