A local ice cream shop makes amazing apple pie ice cream this time of year, but I've run out of patience waiting for it. I grabbed a jar of the cinnamon apple jelly on a whim while at the grocery store, then headed to Costco the next evening with my wife. This was my first time trying the Kirkland vanilla, based on so many recommendations in this sub. By itself, it is crazy good. Combined with the apple jelly, which tastes just like apple pie filling, it is sublime. I might go full monty by buying and crushing up some Biscoff cookies to act as apple pie crust, but until then, I'm going to enjoy this for many an evening – and keep watching my local shop to release theirs!

This is inspirational!! Why haven’t I thought of this!!
Is the Kirkland ice cream actually good?
I’ve been thinking of joining Costco just for their vanilla ice cream.

The only reason you need for a Costco membership is!
Honestly just refreshing to see the words ice cream and not frozen dairy dessert
Yum! That ice cream combo look so tasty 😋
I just had this ice cream for the first time the other day at family’s house…. It was absolutely amazing. I need to bring a cooler to my shops because I drive 45 minutes to go to Costco
I love to add a dollop of jam to ice cream! My personal fave is vanilla ice cream with dollops of raspberry or cherry jam and chocolate sauce or Magic Shell. YUM
Damn I’ve never bought Costco vanilla. Good to know!!
Oh. My. I need this!
Imagining this with a drizzle of hot caramel.. 🤤
Texas costcos have access to pretty good heavy cream if you’d like to make a better vanilla ice cream.
