with Old Bay Fries, Caramelized Onions & Special Sauce.

Mods: as you can see there are no "fries" here. I get super tired of potatoe wedges always being paired with sandwiches. So I bought the White cheddar Mac and cheese extra. The half of the old bay that didn't get used on wedges, I mixed into the burger patties. I added the provided shredded white cheddar into the mac and cheese. I put some of the mac and cheese on the burger. I also caramelized the onions the correct way, and did not add the sugar and splash of water to shortcut how long it takes to actually caramelize onions. I also tossed a slice of white cheddar I had in the fridge on the burger before platting.

I will of course save the non used potatoes to use in any potatoe dishes I may get next week as when making mash, then always send the world's smallest potatoes.

I think we all agree that mac n cheese would be an awesome replacement for the potatoes occasionally!

I just finished a really good sandwich- the Italian chicken with onions and peppers. Great sandwich! But I would love something other than the oven fries. Tonight I was thinking that I really needed to branch out, and cook them different ways. Pretty much any other method would be a nice change.

I would love to get mac n cheese instead of potatoes. Or, have a macaroni side of some sort, be swappable with the potatoes. Macaroni salad would be a great substitute.
