The steaks were marinaded so things got a little western on the sear, but the cook was solid.

    NY strip looks divine, you know it’s grass fed when the meats got a nice deep dark red colour

    Would love to see more of the grill and how you light/maintain it. The steak looks incredible but the grill… I need to know more.
