Large iced golden eagle with added cinnamon, strawberry, cookie butter topping and foam.
I’ve never been here before and wanted to try because I had a free drink for my bday.
I went there and ordered a matcha and the person taking my order told me I wouldn’t like it so I asked her to surprise me and I’ll just take whatever drink she likes.
This was really good tbh but it was wayyyy too much size wise. Just too much to drink.
I’m thinking maybe I only drank 300-400 cals of it though?

idk anything at all but i doubt you drank 300 calories of it especially since it’s very iced like maybe 100-150? maybe?
Iced are not that bad in calories as the freezes. You probably drank 150 cals.

Those are fuckin crazy sugary, good on you for having way more self-discipline than me and 90% of the population. My guess would be 2-300 cals.
Happy Birthday!
if you ever go back and you’re worried about too much calories or sugar i’d recommend the protein drinks. they have sugar free which still has some sugar but less than regular. most for medium are less than 300 cal, and less than 350 cal for large. since it has protein in it it keeps you full. either way, i hope you enjoyed your bday treat!
As a whole, that’s 500cal plus whatever is in the added cinnamon, strawberry and cookie butter topping. I’d even it up to 650 and then you drank close to half so around 300-350 cal would sound right for liquid guessing.
Since you got whatever drink she likes, there’s the possibility that she added ingredients that aren’t typically in that drink recipe. A standard large, iced Golden Eagle is somewhere around 550-600 calories, made the typical way. But if she added other syrups (like the strawberry maybe?) or used a different milk base than the half-and-half that’s usually used it could vary significantly. With all that in mind, it doesn’t look like you drank much of it though, so probably not anything to stress about too much. As a side note: if I went somewhere to order a matcha and someone who didn’t know me told me I wouldn’t like it then gave me that drink instead, I’d be disappointed and probably a little annoyed. 😂
