On Wednesday, October 29th, we’re setting the table for a night in Roero — Piedmont’s hidden gem where Nebbiolo meets truffle country and Arneis gleams gold in the glass. ✨
Together with Henry Provisions, this dinner will explore the new generation of winemakers and mavericks reshaping one of Italy’s most storied regions — testing the razors edge of innovation while finding balance with time-honored traditions.
Each wine will be paired with a four-course dinner by Chef David Standridge, inspired by the Italian flavors and family rituals that shaped his cooking.
Hosted in The Barber Room — our intimate private dining space at The Whaler’s Inn — this is an evening for those who savor slow food, good company, and even better wine.
