I’m new here so idk if this is common knowledge but I just tried this for the first time and holy shit I would’ve never imagined Tabasco could make something so fucking good.

I love this sauce. It’s soooo good. I’ve got multiple bottles in reserve in addition to the one in the fridge so that I don’t run out.

I’ve mentioned it before on here, but my friends and I had a taste testing of all the srirachas that we could think of a couple of years ago. This one is the one that came out on top. Most of the Thai sauces taste like fish sauce even when they don’t say fish sauce. Flying Goose is good but was like a middle point between a Thai sriracha and Huy Fong so it has that sneaky fish sauce taste. This one to me is perfect for everything.

Yeah it’s great

It’s a good one. I think it’s a little sweeter than the Huy Fong, but I also think it’s slightly warmer.

This stuff is the shit. As Barney would say “Just hook it to my veins!!!”

Very yummy sriracha. It was my go to during the Huy Fong draught

I add this to milkshakes. I may or may not have a problem…

I love the stuff. A tad different from Huy Fong’s but this is really good stuff.

My only experience with sriracha is this one and Huy Fong, but I just did a taste test just now and they’re pretty different. The Huy Fong is more vegetal and jalapeno-y and this one just kind of registers as thick, non-sriracha version of a hot sauce. I don’t know what is supposed to distinguish sriracha from hot sauce, really, but Huy Fong doesn’t read as a normal hot sauce profile to me and this one does. Not bad at all, but just seems like a different thing.
tldr: tabasco sriracha = thick hot sauce

I’ve tried a few “Sriracha” sauces and my opinion is they’re generally a chili/garlic blend with just varying amounts of sweetness/acidity. I prefer the more acidic ones over the sweet ones and the Tobacco brand is in my top 2.
