I love yellow pear tomatoes! But I couldn’t eat them all, so I made yellow pasta sauce and froze a bunch of it.

Mine always produce like crazy. I have a ton in bags in the freezer to use all winter. I like mixing them with red and orange tomatoes to make a quick, easy, delicious sauce on a cold winter day. It’s so nice to have a taste of summer.
