Hello and welcome. 2 eggplants. From which country are you watching my channel?. Salt, pepper. Bake at 400 F (200 C) for about 25 minutes. 1 onion. Brown for 2-3 minutes. Salt, pepper, chili. 2 cloves of garlic. Cover and cook at low fire for 15 minutes. Parsley. Let cool for a few minutes. 1 tablespoon of capers. Parmesan. 1 egg. Salt, pepper. 4-5 tbsp of breadcrumbs. Parmesan. Olive oil. Bake at 180 C (360 F) for 25 minutes. Perfect!

Oggiho preparato le melanzane ripiene con salsiccia fresca ,insaporita con semi di finocchio,e mischiata con polpa di melanzana cotta ,al funghetto( dadini di melanzana fritti e aggiunta di poco pomodoro fresco e basilico);e con aggiunta del solito parmigiano ,uova e pangrattato .Una volta fatto dorare in padella la superficie delle melanzane ripiene l' ho fatte finire di cuocere in una buona salsa di pomodoro, con aglio e basilico. E gusti cosa mangi!😊
