So, canners: these jars most definitely leaked tomato during the cooling process. When I opened the pressure canner, one of the rings was askew, and the lid was separated. But since I have switched to Superb lids, they have miraculously still sealed, even the one that I just replaced and re-tightened before it was completely cool (I think it's the one that has the product dropped down). They made the popping noise and they are definitely stuck on there… But I'm sure there is material in between the lid and the glass. I'm thinking I didn't tighten the ringd enough? Meanwhile, I'm hoping they will be safe to eat down the road. What are your thoughts?

Just to be clear… a lid came off during processing and you put it back on and did not reprocess it?
If you replaced a lid after processing, before it was cooled, then that jar needs to be a fridge jar or reprocessed. It is not safe to store at room temperature if it was not processed properly. The processing is what creates the seal that leads to shelf stability. If you put the lid back on after processing, then there’s no point basically. It is functionally unprocessed.
You should never touch your cans in practically any way after removal from the processing pot. Not until 12hrs minimum.
