    I’ve never even considered this, but now that I have, it sounds like it would be wonderful. My only fear would be that too much salt would absorb into the meat, but I’m honestly not sure if that would be an issue or not. Would love to hear how this turned out, both in terms of flavor and texture.

    Ganjang gejang is really good. I was surprised by the texture when I first had it though. It’s not at all like cooked blue crab.

    You just have to be careful. The amount of people I know that have gotten food poisoning from this dish is not zero.

    No but I’ve tried adobo chicken which is chicken marinated in vinegar and soy sauce it’s delicious

    Yes, but with raw, uncooked, soft shell crabs. So good.

    Several times, also had marinated shrimps and both are delicious!

    If anyone is in LA got to Master Ha, you can try it there. I tend to get sick a lot after eating but surprisingly I’ve never been sick after going there so that to me speaks volumes about the quality of their food.
