Let’s make some brazed short ribs. And no, we did not have these with mashed potatoes, but they were still delicious. So, we’re going to chop up some carrots, some celery, some bell pepper, and some onions. We gave our short ribs a good wash and patted them dry. We’re going to add some olive oil. Season with a little black pepper, some Larry seasoned salt, some Greek seasoning, a little smoked paprika, some onion powder, and garlic powder. We flipped them over and used all of the same seasonings except for the Lari season salt. Now, we’re going to add some oil to our pan. We’re going to sear these on all sides. And yes, I am overcrowding this pan. I don’t know why it saved time, but it didn’t. But we seared these on all sides. We’re going to remove them from the pan. And then we’re going to sautΓ© our onions, our bell pepper, our celery, and our carrots. We’re going to just let them cook down for a bit. We’re going to add a couple tablespoons of tomato paste and garlic paste. We’re going to add just a dash of beef broth to just help delaze this pan. We’re going to let these vegetables sweat a bit. Going to cook these down. And it was a Sunday and I couldn’t get any red wine. So, we’re going to add some balsamic vinegar that I think I forgot to shake up, but we’re adding it in here and going to give it a good mix. I’m just going to randomly place my rosemary and thyme. We covered this and baked on 325 for 2 hours and uncovered for 30 minutes. And this was absolutely delicious.
