It is super yummy and tastes exactly like a creamy delicious vanilla milkshake and between the yogurt, protein additives and cottage cheese, it is very filling! I can drink it at 7am and still not feel hungry by lunch (1pm) You can also add 2 shots of black coffee to it and it tastes like a fancy coffee shop coffee and give you a little caffeine boost to start the day. It is relatively high in carbs for just a "breakfast drink" but it really is a long lasting meal where you feel full for a while.
