    Thanks for sharing!! I will need to do something with my discard soon. What’s the purpose of the dry active yeast if you’re using discard? Shouldn’t that already have some active cultures?

    I used this a few weeks ago & they were great. But my husband was in charge of the beer cheese which was not so great. Yours looks so good, do you have recipe for that too???
