First time posting here but I have quite a lot of pictures after following both the mediterranean diet for almost a year now and then at the same time the anti inflammatory diet for PCOS and endometriosis.

  1. Gluten free pasta with vegetables sauce (made from baked vegetables in the oven: onion, tomatoes, red pepper and garlic)

  2. Red pepper stuffed with feta and oven baked cod

  3. Baked vegetables (sweet potatoes, onion and zucchini) with grilled chicked breast and grilled red pepper salad

  4. Aubergine filled with chicken minced meat, onions, the aubergine's filling and feta

  5. Shakshuka with rucola salad

  6. Basmati rice wth vegetables

  7. Gluten free pasta with homemade tomatoes sauce

  8. Smashed sweet potatoes with oven baked cod covered in mixed greens and lemon

  9. Gluten free bolognese pasta (made with minced chicked meat)

  10. Red pepper hummus with sauteed mushrooms and grilled pork chop

  11. Lentil falafel with tomatoes salad

  12. Hummus with oven baked cauliflower, pomegranated and salad made with carrot and beet root

I have more, but these are the most recent.

I must say, both diets but especially the mediterranean diet, for me at least, was a blessing, because I've also lost 23kg since starting.
