My neighbour provided me with a code for hello fresh to try my first box free. On the website it confirmed I would have a free first box, though when I went to price breakdown it seems to have only been discounting the boxes, it is not free as you can see on the web page it even says I’m claiming my free boxes.

Those codes usually come on a little card, which usually states what the code is good for.
