    looks good but you gotta crank the heat at the end to crisp the skin up. 450F oven for 5-10 mins also works.

    I’m firing up the kettle to do three chicken thighs for lunch while I’m watching football. I’m going to use my vortex and then the last 5 minutes put it over the direct heat to crisp up the skin.

    It’s hard to tell if it’s raw, covered in rub, and about to go on the pit or if it just came off the pit lol. Honestly not sure
