Dough:
500 ge flour
850 ml water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Mix good all the ingredients and make 10 small dough balls ,cover it and
wait 10 minutes.
Sauce :
3 tablespoons greek yougurt
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
Filling:
500 spinach
300 gr feta cheese
150 gr yellow cheese
Egg yolk and sesame seeds before baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes🌟
