Here is a tip, you wanna dip the chicken in flour/seasoning mix then dip in egg wash then dip back into your flour mix before frying it, if you wanna get fancy substitute the 2nd flour dip for panko bread crumbs

Don’t think of it as “going to sleep hungry.” Think of it as, “having sleep for dinner.”

Ppl be over thinking fried chicken. Get some flour, add seasoning to it. Separate into two bowls, in 2 bowl with about 1 cup of flour add 1 egg and some water until it is like a pancake batter consistency. Take ur (hopefully marinated) chicken and coat it in the dry flour, and then the wet batter, put in in oil that’s at ~360°F for 4 – 6 mins. Make sure the oil stays above 350. You can add breadcrumbs to the dry flour if you want. You can replace the water in the batter for beer, but if you follow these basic steps u will get a decent result.

is the large piece at the bottom chicken?or a potato?

    Pepper 1 tbspoon
    Salt 1 tbspoon
    Paprika1 tbspoon
    Onion powder 1/2 tbspoon
    Garlic powder 1/2 tbspoon
    Touch of cayenne pepper
Increase mix if making large batch.

Take half the spice mix and coat the chicken in the spices, you can adjust the cayenne to however much or little you can handle. Marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

Dunk marinated chicken in egg, then coat in a flour mix comprising of plain flower and the rest of the above spice mix.

Fry until golden. Can be done shallow fried in a pan.

Trust me, its not 100% identical but closest I’ve tasted

I genuinely could not ID a single thing here if not for you saying it was chicken. The bottom thing looks like an omelette wrapped in a potato skin lmao.

Double or triple batter and high pressure cooker with peanut oil is key to the best fried chicken.

  19. Straight_Page_8585

Where is the chicken? It looks like half a sweet potato and two pieces of ginger

  20. SousVideDiaper
