I wanted to try a bar style with a fried bottom like a pan pizza and a crispy cheese edge. This worked out well although I don’t have the real, straight sided bar pizza pan. Cooked at 525 on a pizza steel in a home oven, in convection mode. When the top was done, the bottom was browned but not all the way done so the pizza went back in right on the stone for a couple minutes with the door open and the oven off, to stop the top from cooking.
Toppings were good, this is one of the few combos that I think bacon would have added something to (I’m not a huge fan of bacon on pizza).

I mistyped the above, the initial cook was in a pan on top the steel. Then at the end it came out of the pan and went directly onto the steel.
Add pineapple and it would be perfect
