Picked up a Profitec pro 400 a month ago. Grinder is DF54. The accessories are walnut and mostly from Knodos Crafts. Im really enjoying the process of getting to know the machine and so far, it pulling great shots. Took a few attempts to dial it in but yumm.

Great setup. Plenty of room to not fumble over items.
At first glance without zooming in, I thought you had Johnny #5’s head on the bench.
Don’t forget to remove the stickers off the grouphead before they bake on.
Good idea to add a carbonator to your setup, I always thought the perfect extraction pressure is much easier to achieve using sparkling water.

I almost did this exact same set up! Ended up going with a varia vs6 and a bezzera magica instead.
The bar mat though 😬.
