I went to the vegan farmer's market here in Las Vegas and was blown away by Erb's kitchen! The Mongolian beef was incredible, and the shrimp spring rolls were so fresh and delicious. The spring rolls had mint in them and came with a peanut sauce and the flavor combo might be a new fave!
