I love how colorful my plates are now since eating this way. I also feel satiated and full without feeling heavy and groggy.
Cooked the veggies and chicken on skewers made a yummy taziki with fresh dill.

    Looks good but I’d be starving with this dinner…! I’d definitely need to add beans/wholegrains.
