1 onion
2 garlic cloves
100g (3.5 oz) tipo 00 flour
Ground nutmeg
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
800g (28 oz) canned peeled whole tomatoes
2 sprigs of basil (around 10 leaves)
1 tsp sugar
3 mozzarella balls
70g (2.45 oz) fresh Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
