M this is my healthy high protein egg salad so you first start off with six boiled eggs so I use the yellows for the sauce and I fold in the whites at the very end next you just cut up the whites I like to use some green onions carrot for that color and that Crunch and pickles key tip is that you have to cut up all these vegetables really small the veggies are done and now time to make the sauce all right the sauce is super easy so you first start off with 1/3 cup of cottage cheese a table spon of Greek yogurt a little bit of Dijon mustard salt pepper garlic powder and this is optional but I love putting in Dill next we get our immersion blender and blend all right now it’s time to mix in the sauce with the yolks I’m going to put in my whites put in all the veggies time to fold in the yolks

  1. DUDE 6 hard boiled eggs slice in egg slicer rotate 180
    slice (keep em chunky) in a bowl start with real mayo
    and green relish start to blend bit of mayo/relish to your liking i like my egg salad chunkey not to runny then add fresh chopped dill / salt pepper to taste
