It was homemade gluten free pizza and I cooked it only on pan. zero oven or other cooking things used. It was pretty good but tomato sauce was undercooked.

Doesn’t look bad. Probably want to cover it on a low temp for a bit before you put color on it if the sauce was not cooked through.

I’ll give the gluten-free dough a pass for health reasons (assuming you have them), but frying a pizza from raw? Guilty. Pan frying leftover pizza is fine though.

Having done this before with small personal pizzas, and it’s awesome. The cheese gets super crispy, and it helps bond the toppings together in an ooey gooey disc of yumminess. Sure, it would be better to have been baked a bit to set the crust and sauce…but fried pizza is better than no pizza at all.
