Need authentic carnitas and cueritos

Ok I’ve seen people ask for carnitas but I’m looking for really specific style. Like a place where you get those thin tortillaria style tortillas and solid not shredded carnitas and the cueritos that are orange and thick not the thin white canned stuff. The places that serve them with just green salsa onion cilantro and lime.
