Fattoush Salad Recipe

Ingredients :

For The Salad :

Romaine lettuce Chopped : 5-6 leaves
Tomato , Diced : 1
Spring Onion, Thinly Sliced :5-6
Pink Radish, Thinly Sliced : 4-5
Cucumbers ,Diced or Sliced : 2
Garlic ,( Chopped or Mince ) : 3-4

For the Crispy Pita Bread :

Pita Bread : 3
Olive Oil : 1 tbsp
Sumac : 1/2 tsp

Dressing :

Olive oil : 3-4 tbsp
Sumac ( this is the other key ingredient) : 2 tbsp
Garlic Chopped : 2 tbsp
Vinegar : 2 1/2 tsp
Pomegranate Molasses (this is the key Ingredient) : 1/4 cup ( 3-4 tbsp )
Dried Mint or ( freshly mint leaves, roughly chopped )
: 1/2 tsp
Salt : as per taste
