I find it endlessly fascinating how the BLT is literally the *only* sandwich where people stubbornly insist that every single ingredient must be included in the name.
Add avocado? That’s a BLAT. Onion? BLOT.
When I go to a burger joint and get a bacon cheeseburger with all the trimmings, nobody goes around telling me “um actually, that’s not a bacon cheeseburger. You added stuff, so technically it’s a bacon lettuce onion tomato cheese burger.”

I would think wholegrain dijon would go well with the tomatoes, but American mustard? I’m not a fan in general, and I feel that sort of mellow acidic taste would clash with the tomato flavours.
But then again, I’m not judging. If it makes you happy, all is good.
