I was thumbing through the interwebs and came across an interesting argument:
A grilled cheese? A melt?
What constitutes?
This 'Ciao Bella' is being advertised as a grilled cheese by this guy with a grilled cheese food truck. He is quite a handsome man with great character and integrity with an incredible beard and astonishing calf muscles
….that guy is uh.. well… That guy is me.
Please ELI5…
My entire livelihood depends on this argument.

This handsome man is trying to pull one over on you. It’s not a grilled cheese. I wouldn’t even classify that as a melt. A toastie maybe. I’d think that’s a toasted sandwich.
