Excellent quality breakfast, outstanding ingredients and very well cooked. I know the bean bowl is controversial around these parts, but it is my preference.

Highlights were the mushrooms, hash browns and weirdly the toast which were all lovely. The toast was some freshly baked sourdough concoction and was amazing, served with a knob of real butter.

A couple of bum notes: the bacon was overdone for my taste and was dry rather than crispy, although the girlfriend reports hers was better; menu said two sausages one bacon; brekkie arrived with only one sausage.

At the pricier end for the south west at £14, but in line with a lot of farm shop cafe breakfasts.

Venue was lovely and child friendly as well.

9/10 brekkie, 7/10 value for money.
