First time smoking beef ribs on the Weber Kettle

I tried cooking beef ribs for the first time today, got these from Costco and had them on the Weber for around 7 and a half hours. The meat is super tender and a really crispy bark (possibly a bit too crispy to be honest). Still learning but very happy for a first attempt.
