SWISHER, Iowa — The Hawkeye Area Council will host its annual Bourbon & Wine Tasting Fundraiser Thursday, Oct. 30th, offering an evening of entertainment and community impact.
Sarah Dawson, Scout Executive and CEO of the Hawkeye Area Council, spoke with Iowa’s News Now about the event.
Guests can expect a curated selection of bourbon and wine tastings, a silent auction, raffle, and games. All proceeds benefit local Scouting programs in Eastern Iowa.
The event runs from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Midnight Gem Event Center in Swisher.
