    Whenever I pickle my own stuff I always use the brine in a Vinegar shaker afterwards and use it like that.

    I heard you can do that a couple times but then would need to add more vinegar because the brine gets watered down with the moisture it pulls out of the eggs.

    I have a friend who makes the most delicious homemade peperoncini (very mild) but I use the brine for salad dressing, pickling eggs, pickle other veggies, really splashing it wherever you’d use vinegar. To another posters point, they love punch after an additional use…

  8. I use pickle brine in my marinade for fried chicken!
