    I made a blue cheese sauce yesterday (essentially just melt blue cheese and cream on a on together) and decided to use it on my pork today. Might be the drinks talking but it was a genius idea.

    I seasoned the meat with pepper, thyme, olive oil and a small layer of the cheese sauce before putting it on the pan. Medium heat on one side for most of the duration of chasing shadows by bloodred hourglass and the other side for a tiny bit of another song (can’t remember at this point) i chose to add some fresh basil onto the pan and then scraped everything that formed on the pan onto the plate

    10/10. i wish i had some baked potatoes with it
