These little green gems turn downright irresistible when roasted in a cast iron skillet with smoky bacon, golden breadcrumbs, and a shower of Parmesan cheese. The edges get crisp, the centers stay tender, and the bacon adds just the right touch of salty, savory flavor. Welcome into Taylor Kitchen. Today we are making the most delicious Brussels sprouts you’ve ever had. This is my niece country’s recipe and she said this is her secret. Four strips of bacon that she just places over these Brussels. Step one, out of the oven. I want to chop up this bacon. Put all that goes in. Back in. Give that another little mix up. [Music] Those are out of the oven. Roasted to perfection and so super flavorful. That bite.
