I have only cooked a steak one other time and it had too much of the grey band. This one still had some too… is that too high heat or just cooked a little too long? It did turn out much better and was delicious! Threw some Serrano peppers on top just cause I love spice with everything.

I like the jalepenos! I wonder how it would taste if sautéed with onions…. I might try that next.
