For the Dough:
150 Grams all-purpose flour (Two Servings)
Half cup warm water (not hot)
Half Cup of Milk
7 Grams instant yeast (or 1 packet dry yeast)
1 tsp sugar
half tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Meat Filling (Kiymali Harç):
500g minced beef or lamb (or a mix for richer flavor)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, grated (or Puree)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp All Spice Mix(garam masala)
½ tsp Oregano
Salt to taste
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Cheese Toppings:
Shredded mozzarella and Cottage Cheese Mixed together
Egg yolk (for extra richness, crack over the filling before baking)
