I’ve made these twice now and they always turn out amazing

P.S. my wife is dairy free right now because our 5mo old has a dairy intolerance. So these sandwiches are all dairy free too!

Did you spend all night cutting them into “C”s?

  2. Hm. What about adding some peppers to the egg? Peppers and onions perhaps.Maybe tomato instead, lightly seasoned with some vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Just some acidity there to break through the fats in the egg and bacon. Mmm. Bagel.

    Looking good though!

How do they hold up by the end of the week? Or do you freeze them?

My wife makes the same ones. Makes 30 and freezes for the month. It’s a long Saturday once a month

  5. OP disappeared as soon as people asked him about how they hold up. WE NEED ANSWERS DAMN IT

We do the same with biscuits and it covers four days. Always great for an easy breakfast

OP regrets their decision and lies to their spouse about how much they enjoy their soggy bagel
