We’re making high protein delicious rice cake tiramis soup scale. Cold coffee container for said cold coffee. Rice cakes. Plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Take as much as you need. Meanwhile, we’re flipping the rice cakes. Your favorite protein powder. I did 50 g of Greek yogurt. I’m going to do 15 g of protein powder. Fingerlicking good. Enter the cinnamon. Sprinkle in there. Stir that in. I’m going to put a little of this on the bottom. Rice cake. Some of this. Put a rice cake. A little more cinnamon. And a little stevia to make it look pretty. Low calorie, high protein rice cake tiramisu.

  1. Oh I remember them rice cakes from the 90's. It's like eating cardboard. That's 1 reason my diets never stuck. Oh gagging just thinking about them.

  2. Rice cakes are how they recycle ♻️ styrofoam packing peanuts. So this recipe is also environmentally conscious.

  3. I think I’d rather just have a bite or two if actual tiramisu. It’s not a favorite so portion control wouldn’t be an issue for me.
