
NY strip,salt,grounded pepper, garlic powder, olive oil.
Still learning how to do my steak properly. But I did airfry 230F for 12 minutes and sear 1 minute each side.Baste with butter at the end. I would like to hear your opinions and any tips on how to get better?

Personally, I add the spices after the sear so that they don’t get scorched. That said, I would absolutely mangle this and ask for another
Looks incredible. Only thing I would personally add is garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the basting. Just personal preference, otherwise great job 🙂
Also, maybe sear the fat cap a bit more!
