-251 cals 5% fat chicken mince with curry powder and garlic granules.
-311 cals CousCous with one red onion, garlic, chilli’s, chicken stock (homemade).
-37 cals Spinach and mushrooms.
-188 (ish) cals both fried eggs (without oil).
-30 cals total for oil used (1cal spray).
I’ve been eating this meal for a couple months now (not constantly but twice a week) and it’s helped me lose nearly 2 stone in 2 months. Saved me from eating a carby dinner or takeaway when I actually look forward to this meal.
I wish I had more spinach here but ran out hahah.
