Italian casual restaurant La Grilia, run by SPC Group, has introduced six season-limited menus containing the deepening autumn mood.
Under the theme of “Full of FLAVOR, which gets deeper as we get together,” this menu features the deep taste of various ingredients by adding La Grilia’s own special recipe.
The main menus include “Melting Cheese Lasagna,” which is completed by pouring Grüère Melting Cheese directly from the table over lasagna layered with ragu sauce, Beschamel and mozzarella cheese, “Seafood Bianco Stew Pasta,” which combines chewy noodles with shellfish broth made of seasonal mussels, clams, and shrimp, and “Grill Steak Warm Salad,” which allows you to enjoy grilled vegetables and steak together. It also introduced “Fresh Greenery Pizza,” which is baked in a oven with Lucola, Harmon and cherry tomatoes, “Fresh Greenery Scene Crust Pizza,” which is topped with mixed vegetables, Harmon, and cherry tomatoes and added balsamic dressing, and “Classic Tiramisu,” which is gently stacked with mascarpone cheese and milk cream on espresso sheets. Two new pizza menus are available on Lagrilia’s Instagram.
