My favorite is the one that attaches to my stand mixer.
I got mine from my local Costco Business Center, I believe they’re Winco branded?
I use the basic Vollrath SS mixing bowls. Set of 5, nesting, light weight, inexpensive, stable. I use them nearly everyday for all kinds of cooking tasks, including macarons. On a restaurant supply website, I think they cost around $40 for a set of 5, .75qt to 8 qt. Bought sets for friends, family, etc.
