
I smoked this on me Weber Kettle for 1 hour at around 300. I used apple wood for flavor and a combination of sauce and rub. I finished them on high fire for a few mins to get a more crispy skin. Added veggies to accompany the meat.
How do you guys smoke wings? Thanks

Looking good.
I never have luck with chicken wings or any poultry for that matter when smoking. Skin always turns out chewy. And tbh I’m not crazy about the flavor of smoke of chicken. I feel that smoke really lends itself well to beef and pork. But that’s just me… maybe I’m just not doing it right.
