Cilantro lime brown rice/ black beans, corn, cabbage, bell pepper, green onion, jalapeño, cilantro tossed with lime juice, olive oil, and a little red wine vinegar/ fresh guacamole.
Plus an air fried chicken breast cause I'll eat this for a few days and like to add meat sometimes.

    Never thought to premix everything (cabbage, beans, corn,…) for meal prep. Thanks for the idea.
