

I’ve been experimenting with tomato broth for a couple of weeks now. I used a shoyu tare to make this and the broth is a tomato broth pork broth double soup. Flavors were good but tomato is really over powering! I couldn’t even taste the shoyu like that! But it was good! The broth was seasoned but man the tomato just takes over
